We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities-
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the office.
*Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, ensuring seamless navigation.
*Answer, screen, and forward calls promptly and courteously.
*Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, arranging materials, forms, and brochures as needed.
*Handle all incoming mails and queries about the company, responding promptly and effectively.
*Receive and sort packages and mails, distributing them to different departments efficiently.
*Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptionist desk.
*Record, sort, and file company cheque payments received from the accounts department.
*Distribute cheques to customers and assist them with any queries or concerns they may have.
*Sort payment vouchers division-wise and manage the collection of payments from customers.
*Perform clerical receptionist duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements-
*Proven work experience as a receptionist, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
*Proficiency in MS Office applications.
*Professional attitude and appearance, representing the company's values.
*Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
*Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
*Ability to handle different attitudes of customers with patience and tact.
*Strong multitasking and coordination skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Candidates with dependent visa (Father/Spouse) Preferred
