Job description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Female Receptionist fluent in both Arabic and English with own visa & NOC to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls in both Arabic and English, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
  3. Coordinate and maintain the schedule for conference rooms, meetings, and client appointments.
  4. Support the administrative team with tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.
  5. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  6. Assist other departments as needed, especially with Arabic and English translation when required.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  2. Own visa with NOC.
  3. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  4. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  6. Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g. telephone systems, copiers, scanners) and software (e.g. MS Office Suite).
  7. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
