Description

  3. Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing interactions, fostering positive relationships.
  4. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
  5. Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests, ensuring the workspace remains functional and presentable.
  6. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to uphold operational excellence.
  7. Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and front-of-house resources.
  8. Implement and uphold procedures to ensure a seamless and professional front-office experience.
  9. Assist in planning and coordinating office events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees.

Profile

  1. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  2. Background in reception or administrative roles.
  3. Strong background in managing VIP clientele and client-facing interactions.
  4. Highly organized with the ability to coordinate administrative tasks and facilities management.
  5. Proactive and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  6. Customer-focused with a professional, polished demeanor.
  7. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
