Recruiter cum Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
As a Receptionist:
Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, screen calls, and forward to the appropriate personnel.
Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Organize and maintain meeting room schedules.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
As Admin Assistant:
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements
Prior administrative/recruitment experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
