Job Description

We are looking for someone responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspecting and verifying goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
• Checking for damages, discrepancies, or missing items and reporting issues.
• Recording and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinating with suppliers, warehouse staff, and purchasing teams.
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
• Following safety and hygiene standards, especially in food and beverage environments.
• Receiving and posting supplier invoices.
