Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. List, market, and show properties
3. Conduct market analysis and provide investment advice
4. Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients
5. Manage the entire transaction process from start to finish

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license
• Proven experience in the real estate market
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation abilities

Desirable Skills:

• Multilingual abilities
• Marketing expertise
• Strong networking skills
• Tech-savvy with real estate software
• Analytical skills for market analysis
