Real estate Tele caller

· Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:
• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from the database or leads.
• Introduce the company’s services and properties available for sale or rent.
• Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and location.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients and qualify them based on their requirements.
• Schedule appointments for property visits, meetings, or follow-ups.
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads for the sales team.
• Customer Interaction:
• Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, emails, or messages.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport with clients to foster trust and long-term relationships.
• Database Management:
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and track the progress of potential deals.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align on property promotions.
• Share client feedback with the team to improve services and offerings.
• Reporting:
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead conversions.
• Provide insights on client preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
