Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will lead a team of property consultants, drive sales growth, and support team members in achieving their targets. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of property consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase the team's performance.
• Monitor team performance, set monthly and quarterly goals, and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skill levels, including market trends, negotiation skills, and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure proper promotion of listings and brand visibility.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with Dubai real estate market trends, regulatory requirements, and new developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a team leader or similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team toward high performance.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
