Design and deliver training programs for new and existing real estate agents to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
Develop training materials, resources, and tools to support the training programs.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Sales, to align training initiatives with the overall company objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
