Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager focusing on the OFF-PLAN Market, you will play a key role in driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to the growth of our secondary market business. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, with a focus on the Off-plan market.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal requirements.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6. Monthly salary between 10K-15K based on the experience & Competitive commission structure.
