Job description

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a client in Dubai, for the position of Real Estate Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
  • Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings.
  • Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale.
  • Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area.
  • Coordinating with other members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UAE.
