Key Accountabilities of the Role:
Responsibilities:
Generating client leads to finance real estate properties.
Counseling customers on market conditions, rates, prices, and mortgages.
Developing a competitive market price by comparing with other banks.
Creating lists for real estate sale properties, including location, features, square footage, etc.
Building customer cases with all required documents as per ADIB approved TM/RAC.
Finalizing deals with customers for signing facility offer letters, mortgage contracts, and other related documents.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Solid understanding of available real estate products and variances.
Strong understanding of CRM and sales tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Able to calculate customers' net worth and build strong cases for credit underwriting.
Able to calculate customers' eligibility based on risk weightage components and prepare different amortization schedules.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain a positive client experience.
Ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met during property transactions.
Constantly following up with credit and operations on pipeline cases.
Following up with valuation companies for valuation reports.
Achieving monthly sales targets.
Demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and drive to excel in the competitive real estate market.
Driving business growth and new sales acquisitions pertaining to Real Estate Finance.
Working closely with the head of Sales to cascade sales targets and achievements.
Adhering to approved TM/RAC and ADIB policy.
Maintaining a special customer experience.
Maintaining real estate accounts.
Taking ownership of pipeline cases and promptly following up to finalize overall transactions.
Adhering to HR controls, procedures, and policies.
Ensuring all communications are professionally and promptly addressed.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for This Role:
Bachelor's degree in business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
8 - 10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
Understanding of Real Estate market/industry dynamics and key drivers of change in market conditions.
Proven sales record and driving sales success.
Good knowledge of UAE Banking practices, regulations, and risks.
Good planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
MIS Skills.
Good knowledge in risk weightage components, amortization schedules, real estate market & relevant products.
