Job description

The Real Estate Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations within Palace Group. This role is focused on managing broker communications, creating high-quality presentations, overseeing sales documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain the efficiency and excellence that define the Palace Group brand. With a strong emphasis on organization and collaboration, the Real Estate Sales Coordinator ensures exceptional service delivery while highlighting the unique design features of our exclusive properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the central liaison for brokers, providing comprehensive property information, scheduling showings, and ensuring alignment on project details to maximize market exposure and sales effectiveness.
  2. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with premium clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  3. Manage all aspects of sales transactions, ensuring records, contracts, and documentation are accurate, compliant, and meticulously maintained.
  4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to stay informed of luxury real estate trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to guide strategy.
  5. Property Showcases and Investor Briefings: Organize and execute property tours, investor briefings, and model unit showcases, delivering seamless and elevated experiences that align with Palace Group’s commitment to luxury living.
  6. Plan and execute luxury property launch events, private viewings, and exclusive gatherings for potential buyers and brokers.
  7. Administrative and Sales Support: Support the sales team by coordinating lead generation, managing client follow-ups, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the sales lifecycle.
  8. Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
  9. Prepare regular updates and comprehensive sales reports for senior management.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee the integration of property listings on digital platforms and ensure that marketing campaigns resonate with the luxury brand image.
  11. Work closely with marketing, project management, and finance teams to align on sales activities and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably within the luxury real estate or property management sector.
  3. Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate documentation, laws and regulations, and the luxury property market.
