Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and delivering top-tier customer service. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your sales expertise and stay updated on market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Provide expert guidance on property investments and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure seamless transactions.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate regulations and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Dubai's property market and RERA regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
