Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement? My client, a leading real estate company, is looking for a dedicated Real Estate agent to join their secondary market in Dubai.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand their property needs and preferences.
  2. Creating and marketing comprehensive listings for secondary properties.
  3. Conducting property valuations and advising on pricing strategies.
  4. Scheduling and leading property showings, providing insights on neighborhoods and potential improvements.
  5. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
  6. Staying informed about market trends and generating regular reports.
  7. Ensuring all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
  8. Building strong relationships with industry professionals and providing top-notch customer service.

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. A positive, friendly, and driven individual with a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
  2. Fluent in English and another language (Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, or Indian).
  3. Must have a UAE driving license and a solid social media presence.
