Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Property Listings and Marketing:
Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale by offering expert staging and improvement advice.
Market properties effectively through online platforms, social media, open houses, and networking.
Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and high-quality online listings.
Property Showings:
Organize and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
Address client concerns or questions during visits to build trust and confidence.
Negotiations and Transactions:
Assist clients in negotiating offers and contracts to achieve their goals.
Prepare necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and inspectors to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus).
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
