Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  2. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
  4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  5. Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  6. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
  7. Manage property auctions or exchanges.
  8. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  9. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
  10. Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  11. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  12. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
