Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-12 years of experience in real estate sales and a proven track record of success in the industry with a valid RERA license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking and marketing efforts
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information about properties
• Negotiate sales contracts and coordinate with other parties involved in the transaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire sales process

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-12 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
• Proven track record of successful sales in the industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
