Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a Real Estate sales to work in our Real Estate office. You should help us to admin real estate properties and increasing our scale properties from other clime to our admin with the commission

* Provide guidance and assist vendors and buyers in marketing and purchasing real estate at the appropriate price on the best terms.

• Identify clients ' needs and financial capabilities.
• Conduct a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of real estate.
• Offering and marketing real estate to potential buyers.
• Management of property auctions or real estate exchanges.
• Cooperation with evaluators, insurance companies, lenders and quality experts.
• Develop networks and cooperate with lawyers, mortgage lenders and contractors.
• Promote sales through various promotional and advertising channels.
• Ongoing access to the real estate market, best practices in the field.
