Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing well our Agency along with the buyers and sellers managing relationships, real estate transactions and promote growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Primary objective is to facilitate the buying and selling process including :
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Real time management and updates on CRM.
Client Relationship Management :
- Creating and managing Relationship with Each and Every Client.
- Negotiate favorable terms for your clients, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish
- Identifying there needs, goals, preferences, consultation, guidance and negotiation.
Lead Management :
- Contacting leads on time and qualifying their request.
- Conducting meetings, Property Tours and online calls with clients.
- Providing clients with market analysis , Pricing, Values, strategies and market Trends.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements.
- Follow up Calls, Messages with clients regularly is a must.
Legal:
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fast Learner, Active listener and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Language : Flaunt English is a Must in All Cases.
- Experience : Minimum 6 Month - Max 2 years in Real estate.
- Eager to Learn, Constantly developing sales knowledge, market trends and Latest Tech to Use.
