Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent with extensive knowledge of the off-plan market, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Generate leads, conduct market research, and stay updated on property trends.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client network.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to promote listings.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of Real Estate experience required.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic or Hindi is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
