• Prospect and generate leads for potential clients through various marketing strategies.

• Coordinate and communicate with other professionals involved in the transaction, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of real estate sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or real estate.
• Valid real estate license and any additional certifications or designations.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Proficient in relevant software and technology, including CRM systems and online listing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
