Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process. As a Real Estate Agent, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market to guide clients and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Property Listings: Identify and list properties available for sale or rent, ensuring accurate details, high-quality visuals, and up-to-date market information.
  3. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and the latest developments in Abu Dhabi's real estate sector.
  4. Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale, rental agreements, and lease terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure favorable deals for clients.
  6. Documentation & Paperwork: Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation in accordance with local regulations.
  7. Marketing & Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties through online listings, social media, and other channels.
  8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process, offering guidance and addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
  10. Networking & Referrals: Build a strong professional network to generate leads and receive referrals, including collaborating with developers, landlords, investors, and other agents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market.
  3. UAE Real Estate License: Must hold a valid Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) license or equivalent.
  4. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property trends, and legal processes.
  5. Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  7. Customer-Focused: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  8. Technology Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/systems; familiarity with online listing platforms.
  9. Driving License: Valid UAE driving license with a personal vehicle (preferred).

Working Conditions:

  1. Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  2. Commission-based salary structure with competitive incentives.
  3. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for property showings.
