Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents preferably ladies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the real estate sector in UAE with a proven track record of successful leasing transactions and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate lease signings.
2. Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
4. Stay updated on market trends and rental regulations.
5. Handle inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests from tenants.
6. Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and client interactions.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations.
4. Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
