Role Purpose:

The Property Advisor / Sales function acts as a focal point in facilitating property transactions by connecting potential clients with suitable properties, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on our portfolio. The function aims to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within Property Sales
  • Proven track record in the UAE Real Estate market
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Drive and determination to meet and exceed expectations

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Research, prospect, obtain leads, and develop new business opportunities to reach sales targets.
  • Capture leads and maintain a comprehensive database for prospects.
  • Create sales orders in Oracle and update all milestones for closed deals.
  • Accurately capture and record all customer information in Oracle.
  • Validate and verify all documentation submitted by customers prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with policy.
  • Update knowledge of competitors' pricing and initiatives.
  • Prospect and meet clients outside the sales office by scheduling meetings that do not affect sales center operations.
  • Conduct viewings for prospects.
  • Complete other assigned tasks within given deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies at all times.
