Salary: Up to 4,000 AED per month + Commission + Additional Benefits (Visa, Medical Insurance, etc.)

We are looking to expand our recruitment team and hire a dedicated Real Estate Recruiter to help us source, attract, and hire top talent in the industry.

As a Real Estate Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit qualified candidates for various real estate positions, including sales agents, property managers, administrative staff, and other key roles. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, helping us build a high-performing team that drives the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates for real estate roles.
  2. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
  3. Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract the right talent.
  4. Database Management: Maintain and update a database of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and help define job specifications.
  6. Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage candidate negotiations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  7. Market Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices in the real estate industry to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  8. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, including time-to-hire and quality of candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of hardcore experience in recruiting for the real estate industry or related sectors.
  2. Strong knowledge of the real estate market and various roles within the industry.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to source and attract candidates using a variety of tools and methods.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of recruitment software and job posting platforms is an advantage.
