We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our processes, listings, and transactions meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Review property listings for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
   
2. Conduct audits of contracts, marketing materials, and documentation.

4. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
   
5. Identify issues in documentation and coordinate necessary corrections.
   
6. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
   
7. Prepare quality assurance reports and maintain records.
   
8. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and administrative teams to resolve quality issues.
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
   
2. 2 years of experience in real estate listing and quality assurance.
   
3. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
   
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
   
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
