Real Estate Project Controls Manager

AHS, a leading real estate company, is looking for a seasoned Project Controls Manager to oversee and enhance our project oversight processes. As the Real Estate Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project control systems that ensure project goals are met in terms of scope, quality, time, and budget. This pivotal role requires strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement project control processes, procedures, and performance metrics
2. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
3. Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and financial forecasts to senior management
4. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
5. Facilitate effective communication and coordination across project teams and departments
6. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and resource allocation
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
8. Lead and mentor project controls team members

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
2. Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager or similar role in the real estate sector
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and software
4. Experience with scheduling, cost estimating, and project reporting
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
