Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Real Estate Photographer/Photo Editor who can take exceptional photos of properties and enhance them through professional editing. This role requires a blend of technical photography skills and a keen eye for design. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create visually stunning images that highlight the best features of the properties we represent.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property photo shoots, ensuring images accurately capture the essence and features of residential and commercial properties.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet the company's quality standards, including color correction, image enhancement, and removing any imperfections.
• Manage a portfolio of images for various marketing purposes, including online listings, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all photos are consistent with La Maison Real Estate's brand identity and style guide.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with current marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in photography and photo editing software.
• Manage and organize photoshoots, including setting up equipment, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate photographer/photo editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and photography techniques, especially for real estate properties.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, polished images.
• Creative mindset with the ability to visualize the final product before shooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of video editing (bonus but not required).
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various property locations in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with drone photography/videography.
• Knowledge of 360-degree photography or virtual tours.
