Position Available: Real Estate Marketing Specialist with Video & Photo Editing Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Campaign Management:
   Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
   • Design and implement targeted campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
   Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness.
2. Video & Photo Editing:
   Create and edit engaging video content, such as property tours, promotional videos, and client testimonials, using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
   • Edit and enhance property photos to highlight key features and appeal to potential buyers, using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing software.
   Ensure all multimedia content is consistent with branding and marketing goals.
3. Digital Presence Management:
   Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media profiles.
   • Develop and distribute visually appealing marketing materials and digital content to boost property visibility.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
   Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and multimedia content.
   • Provide detailed reports and insights to guide ongoing marketing efforts and improve results.
5. Client Collaboration:
   Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their needs and objectives.
   • Deliver regular updates and progress reports on marketing campaigns and multimedia content impact.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in real estate marketing, video editing, and photo editing.
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
3. Marketing Savvy: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics.
4. Creative Talent: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that enhances property listings and drives buyer interest.
5. Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
