Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our real estate company's marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence, driving lead generation, and maximizing property visibility through traditional and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of real estate marketing trends, digital advertising, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive property sales and leasing.
  • Enhance brand positioning and awareness through innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including ads, social media content, website, Google My Business, SEO, etc.
  • Manage real estate digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize SEO strategies and website content to increase organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, CRM automation, and targeted online ads.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage and keep CRM system organized.

2. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Manage company presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Oversee the creation of blogs, video content, and virtual property tours to showcase listings.

3. Events, PR & Offline Marketing

  • Organize marketing for open houses, property launches, networking events, and real estate expos.
  • Develop relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for PR and brand collaborations.
  • Implement outdoor advertising, print media, and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with editors, graphic designers, and content creators.

Experience:

  • Marketing: 2 years (Required)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with real estate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, Bitrix).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
