Job description
  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for achieving company objectives in secondary property sales.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and coaching for optimal performance.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the secondary property market.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Set and monitor sales targets, implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
  6. Provide ongoing training on industry best practices, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
  7. Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while maintaining positive client relationships.
  8. Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget, optimising resources for maximum efficiency.
  9. Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns for secondary properties.
  10. Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, staying abreast of industry regulations.
  11. Regularly analyse sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
  12. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
  13. Establish and maintain strong networks within the real estate industry for business development opportunities.
  14. Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer experience.
