Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a diverse property portfolio to maximize rental income, ensuring returns exceed market benchmarks.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s real estate portfolio and enhance asset value.
• Lead and mentor the property management team, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
• Ensure strong financial management, optimizing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize the company's productivity.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in property management within the UAE real estate sector.
• Proven track record in financial management, rental income optimization, and portfolio expansion.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth and profitability.
