Bachelor's Degree

Experience of dealing with Real Estate in Egypt
Property Acquisition and Disposition:
Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition or sale, conducting market research and due diligence to assess their suitability.
Negotiate purchase or sale terms, manage the buying/selling process, and ensure all paperwork is in order.
Leasing and Tenant Relations:
Oversee leasing activities, including attracting new tenants, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring occupancy rates are optimized.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address concerns, and ensure that leases are renewed on favorable terms.
Enforce lease agreements, handle tenant disputes, and ensure tenants comply with rules and regulations.
Property Maintenance and Operations:
Oversee property maintenance activities, ensuring that buildings are well-kept, secure, and compliant with safety standards.
Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
Coordinate building inspections and ensure that all required repairs and maintenance work is completed in a timely manner.
Financial Management:
Create and manage property budgets, track operating expenses, and optimize profitability.
Monitor and report on cash flow, rent collection, and property performance.
Ensure that rent and other payments are collected in a timely manner, and address any payment issues or delinquencies.
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property leases, sales, service agreements, and maintenance.

Risk Management:
Ensure that properties are insured and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
