Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Developer to join our real estate team in Ajman, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to drive a team toward achieving outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and team productivity.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure professional growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients and investors to enhance business opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Ajman, Sharjah, or Umm Al Quwain.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property laws.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve high performance.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + 20% Override on Team Performance.
