Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license.
