Full job description:

1. Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments.
2. Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base.
3. Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched.
4. Work with clients on staging and marketing homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale.
5. Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings.
