Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Listing Agent who will be responsible for helping homeowners sell their properties. The agent will manage the listing process from start to finish, including property pricing, marketing, and conducting open houses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in preparing their homes for sale, providing guidance on staging, pricing, and marketing strategies.
   
2. Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable listings.
   
3. Create compelling property listings including professional photography, virtual tours, and written descriptions.
   
4. Schedule and host open houses, private showings, and client meetings.
   
5. Coordinate with buyers' agents, inspectors, and other professionals throughout the transaction process.
   
6. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
   
7. Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and market conditions.
   
8. Generate and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
   

Requirements:

1. Proven experience of 2 years as a listing agent.
   
2. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, especially in Abu Dhabi.
   
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
   
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
   
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   
6. Proficiency in real estate listing platforms and CRM systems.
