Real Estate Consultant (Off-plan)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
• Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers.
• Networking and finding new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Has a consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/ Trilingual communication is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
• Preferably has UAE driving license.
• Job location will be in Dubai.
• Unlimited advertising.
• High commission and payout twice a week consistently.
• Marketing support.
• Conveyancing, property management, mortgage advice, and business consultancy services available for Metropolitan Premium Properties clients.
• Our admin team does listing process, contracts, and paperwork.
