Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the purchase and sale of Off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and developers, offering exceptional service.
- Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop marketing strategies for the promotion of properties.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Relocate to different locations to show projects to clients.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in property sales and transactions.
- Understanding of the legal aspects of real estate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year).
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including industry developments and trends.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Commission based 50% + for more experienced agents.
