Job Description:

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers, including drafting contracts, negotiating sale prices, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Listing homes/offices for sale, usually on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Sharing brokerage listings with other MLS brokers to attract buyers
• Conducting property showings
• Reporting results and feedback of the sale to sellers
• Helping buyers locate properties within their desired geographical area and price range
• Assisting buyers with visiting properties
• Working with buyers during the sale
