Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to potential buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Develop networks and cooperate with developers
• Constantly promote sales through social media
• Remain knowledgeable about emerging real estate projects and developers

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record of successful deals
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
