Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will provide professional real estate advice to clients, assist them with buying, selling, and renting properties, and build strong client relationships. This role requires the ability to work effectively in Abu Dhabi's diverse and active real estate market, with a mandatory ADM license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional advice to clients regarding buying, selling, and renting properties.
2. Identify new real estate opportunities and develop relationships.
3. Organize and present properties to potential clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals successfully.
5. Provide regular reports on market conditions and real estate trends.
6. Maintain a high level of service and positive client interaction.

Qualifications:

1. Valid ADM license.
2. Valid UAE driving License (A MUST)
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
5. In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.
6. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Uncapped commission structure.
