Job Description

Salary: Basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Manage Transactions: Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
• Client Advising: Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate Deals: Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best terms and prices.
• Marketing & Listings: List properties, promote them through various channels, and arrange showings.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage and Support: Manage and support real estate agents (if applicable).
• Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirements:
• Minimum 6 Months of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
• Have own car and UAE driving license with Rera certificate (Advantage).
• Exposure to social media & marketing.
• Dubai enthusiast with market knowledge.
• Patient, eager to learn & adapt to a fast-paced environment.
