Duties & Responsibilities

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
• Always consult by providing your clients with the best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers.
• Network and find new clients.

Requirements

• Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/Trilingual communication is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
• Preferably has a UAE driving license.
• Job location will be in Dubai.
