Real Estate Broker

Role Description

You will represent clients throughout the transaction process, from property search to closing the deal. Additionally, you will communicate with property owners, conduct property viewings, and organize open-house showings. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and generate new business. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

1. Active and focused level
2. Experienced and knowledgeable of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and the sales process
3. Proven track record of achieving sales and rents
4. Fluency in English is a must (other languages is a plus)
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Ability to build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry professionals
7. Collaborative with team to provide exceptional customer service
8. Meet sales targets
9. Generate new business
10. Valid Broker ID (optional)
11. Driving License and own vehicle (is a plus)

Compensation

• Salary, high commissions, visa (upon request)
