Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a REAL ESTATE BROKER at KAYE & CO. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for brokerage services, customer service, sales, and managing real property. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, providing market analysis, and building relationships with clients and investors.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY ROLE.
Responsibilities
- You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
- Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients.
- Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
- Preparing CMA's for the homeowners and taking or arranging photography for the listings.
- Entering all new properties on CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes.
- Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
- Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating deals between the two parties.
- Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles.
- Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends.
- Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate brokerage and sales.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing real property.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Relevant certifications and licenses.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
