We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our growing team.

Job Description: As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent with Right Value Real Estate, you will focus on the sale of off-plan and pre-construction properties. You will work closely with developers, investors, and homebuyers to promote and close sales for new developments. This role requires a deep understanding of the off-plan market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients seeking to invest in new properties before they are built.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with developers and clients to promote and sell off-plan properties.
  2. Guide buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
  3. Present new developments and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
  4. Provide clients with detailed information on project specifications, timelines, and pricing.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest off-plan projects and market trends.
  6. Assist with property valuations, market comparisons, and investment analysis.
  7. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  8. Support clients in navigating legal requirements and financing options for off-plan purchases.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and buyers.
  10. Utilize marketing tools and platforms to showcase off-plan properties and attract potential buyers.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan or pre-construction properties.
  2. Active Real Estate Agent License is a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of the local property market and development trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to present complex property information in an understandable and compelling manner.
  6. Highly motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Proficiency with real estate CRM software.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
