About the Role:
We are looking for a Real Estate Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage real estate development projects including planning, budgeting, and execution.
2. Identify new investment opportunities and conduct market research.
3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
4. Oversee legal compliance and ensure adherence to Dubai real estate regulations.
5. Prepare detailed reports, feasibility studies, and financial analyses.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in real estate development or property management.
2. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
3. Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
5. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
