Requirements:

1. Experience in real estate
2. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
3. Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and Russian is a plus
